Despite "having settled" on a sound for FLB with "The Boy Who...", this album was next, sounding nothing like its predecessor due to the fact I work on several albums at once. So this is a collection of dark, weird, mostly ambient sort of songs (not quite though). I wanted to make music that was recognisably musical, but unlistenable. I failed - but at least it gave birth to the label! This is excellent background music with odd little sounds popping up here and there, ending with a totally unrecognisable (unlistenable?) cover of Megadeth's "Peace Sells" - still one of my favourite songs ever (those lyrics! Genius!). The album is certainly no musical masterpiece, but worth hearing for the sheer weirdness of it all.
